"Alex is amazing! I went to State Farm to insure a Japanese import car. They can be harder to insure due to the short vin, but Alex was persistent and made it work! I attempted to get insurance though at least 5 other carriers, all of which were unsuccessful. Within 20 minutes, Alex had a quote ready to go for me. I would absolutely recommend him for insuring an import or insuring a car in general!"

"One of the agents named Grace was very unprofessional and rude when adding a new car to my existing policy. We were paying a one time quote price and told her several times this is just a one time payment with a different card. She then put that card on autopay anyway. Then when I called, David tried to tell me that , that card was on auto pay this entire time which it wasn’t, wasn’t till the end of the call that he realized I was right that that card was just used for a one time payment and should’ve been used for auto pay. Very unprofessional and I’m glad I caught it before my due date. Will be looking elsewhere for insurance and since I have a lot of viewers from being a DJ will let people know not to use this agent if they want State Farm. Sucks cus this was the company I was first insured with when I first got my license at 15."
